These Terms govern your use of shivpriyatower.in, the Admin / Member / Security portals, and the Shivpriya Tower mobile app, operated by SHIVPRIYA TOWERS CO OPERATIVE HOUSING SOCIETY LTD.
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility & accounts
- For authorised members, residents, committee, staff, and security only.
- Keep credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account.
- The Society may suspend access for misuse or end of association.
Nature of the Services
Digital tools for maintenance, payments, visitors, bookings, complaints, notices, polls, directory, NOC, and emergency alerts. They support — but do not replace — bye-laws and committee resolutions.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse visitor/SOS/payment features, access others' data, upload unlawful content, interfere with servers, scrape without permission, or use the Services for unrelated commercial advertising.
Payments
Never pay twice if status shows pending and money may already be deducted. Use Check Status or contact the office with your SPT-… reference.
- Online payments use licensed gateways (Cashfree / Razorpay).
- Receipts are issued after successful settlement; UPI delays may show temporary pending status.
- Refunds follow our Refunds & Cancellations policy, gateway rules, and applicable law.
Communications
You may receive transactional email, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app, and push messages for payments, visitors, notices, and emergencies. Critical operational alerts may continue even if marketing preferences are off.
Visitor, security & emergency
Gate and SOS features depend on accurate input and network availability. For life-threatening emergencies, always call 100 / 101 / 108 first.
Intellectual property & third parties
Society branding and software are owned or licensed to the Society. Payment and messaging providers operate under their own terms.
Disclaimer, liability & indemnity
- Services are provided on an "as available" basis.
- Liability is limited to the extent permitted by Indian law; nothing excludes non-excludable liability.
- You indemnify the Society against claims from your breach or misuse, except wilful misconduct by the Society.
Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or suspend access for breach. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance. Surviving clauses include payment obligations and liability limits.
Governing law
Laws of India apply. Courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory co-operative dispute mechanisms.
